Really superb accountants. I've been contracting for over two years and No Worries are responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. They set up my company for free in a day and manage all of my Companies House filings. My account manager, Yaksha, is a delight to work with and she answers all of my random questions quickly and politely. I really can't recommend these guys enough if you need an accountant.

Hello, Although I have now decided to close my company after only 8 months of trading I am taking this opportunity to provide feedback on the absolute superb help & support I have received from all at No Worries especially Daniel Richardson. I started my company in Aug 2016 after retiring from 50 years of permanent positions mainly within the IT industry. I had some knowledge of basic accounts and very disciplined in 'getting things done correctly (project & programme management). However I was surprised how very little I actually knew regarding running a limited company. Daniel was assigned as my account manager and he gradually and professionally showed me what needed to be done by what means and in what timescale. His knowledge and willingness to help is something that I cannot either thank him or indeed praise him for enough. I found the tools associated with the portal essential and easy to use and made my monthly reconciliations far easier than i first thought. I have now decided to retire, play golf and visit more often those countries that I never really had time to appreciate. Should I ever decide to start again or indeed come across anyone that is looking for professional services then I would not hesitate to recommend 'No Worries'. Thank you all once again

I've just gone perm recently but I've been on and off with No Worries for almost 10 years now. Every time I go contracting No Worries is always my company of choice. Kudos for making things so much easier for us contractors.

I have found the accounting service that Sarena has provided for me from day one simply first class. I have never once had any issues with her and she is always on hand to answer any queries quickly, maintains a professional attitude in relation to getting things done on time and efficiently and has also been a pleasure to engage with. I just had yet another email exchange with my accounting rep Sarena Youssuf and my questions as always got answered very quickly. I've come to rely on her very quick turnaround for my questions, usually within an hour or two, whatever day it may be. And no question is too small to ask her! I started contracting for the first time last year and so far everyone who handled my account at No Worries have far exceeded my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised when Sarena mentioned I can put my account on hold during a lull period in contracting so I can save on your fees. All these just show you choose to do what's best for the customer and I love it!

As someone in the creative industry, the whole accounting thing puzzles me greatly. So to have someone explain things in words of one syllable is very much appreciated. The team were always on top of the general tax/accounting matters but also helped me with more complex tax planning questions at no extra charge. Nina has been doing a fantastic job with my account. I have some slightly less common tax issues that have to handled correctly, and she has been very good at helping ensure that everything is done properly and quickly. I'm very happy with the service so far.

It is due to the great team at No Worries that I have no hesitation in recommending No Worries and Capital City Accountancy to anyone that I hear is thinking of being a contractor. I even urge those who think they can do the accounting themselves that the service you offer is great value and besides the actual filing of returns you offer great advice with tax issues and expenses that they would miss out on if they choose to do it themselves.

I have employed the services of No Worries since 2005, and what I particularly liked about No Worries over others was the personalised service at a fixed price. The ability to pick up the phone and speak to my client representative who understood my limited company and its requirements was essential in the successful running of my company and I placed great reliance and value on this unique service. As their company has grown, that personalised service has never been compromised, which goes to show the hard work Greg, Helen and their team put into understanding each client. The online website is extremely easy to use and the additional services and publications they provide are an invaluable resource of information. I couldn't recommend No Worries more highly and wish to thank the team for all their patience and assistance with my queries over the years.

Hi there, just wanted to say that I've used "no worries" twice now to set up my limited companies and the service I've received from the staff there has been outstanding. I regularly deal with Becky (Drummer-Jones) and I sometimes ask some pretty blond questions - Becky is always very patient and explains things in a really simple manner - even I understand it! :-) No Worries allows me to forget about the complexities of the limited company dealings as they deal with all of that - all I have to do is enjoy the money I'm making :-)

To Whom It may concern, I have used No Worries service for some time now and the level of customer service and attention to detail is second to none, from helping me setup my Limited company for the first time, to manage my VAT, personal and company returns and even helping with the accounting side of the paperwork for my ILR. My account representative Anne has alway shown such professionalism, is friendly and extremely helpful. I have often mailed with queries and I have found that I always get a response on the same day. When I initially looked into the firm I immediately had the impression that No Worries was a professional firm which specifically understood the needs of an IT business. Being a member of the PCG I found some very favourable reviews from other contractors and highly recommend that others look into using No worries services One thing I find very helpful is the fact that email reminders are sent out for VAT returns, personal tax deadlines, company tax deadlines and other reminders. This is just one of the extra services that make No Worries well ahead of other accounting firms.

Hi! I would just like to say that Candice Louw's customer service is OUTSTANDING and she is a true asset to No Worries! I joined No Worries back in March 2008 and can honestly say that your service is second to none. In my time with No Worries, I have had several contracts and also taken time out from contracting to travel abroad on several occasions. It NEVER felt as if I had left the UK as the service that I have received from Candice has been brilliant. She always kept me updated with what payments were due and what the status was of my Tax Returns etc. She even went the extra mile to help arrange for the swift delivery of my mobile phone (with the help of Veronique - thank you Veronique!!) upon my return to the UK. Back in 2008, after repeatedly falling afoul to all the accounting pitfalls to a construction contractor new to the UK systems, my books were in a mess. I was in very real danger of receiving the undesired attentions of the HRMC. I was referred to No Worries Accounting by a fellow worker with the advice that with their efficient service and user friendly online accounting software, I would be able to get my accounts back into order and keep them that way with a minimum of effort - all without costing an arm or a leg. I am happy to say, that is exactly what I found occurred. The initial service Greg and Sarah (Thornton) gave, well and truly exceeded all expectations on correcting my accounts. I felt the effort inputted and level of personal service they performed, was up and beyond that of which my monthly fee - and it was only still a monthly fee, could allow for. This punctual, highly professional, yet still always amicable service was continued and maintained - problem free - by Sarah and then Anne Almeida-Anderson, for my remaining 4 and a half years in the UK. Now settled back in Australia, No Worries are assisting me in closing down my UK contracting interests. This instils in me the confidence that all will be done efficiently, legally and with no loose ends. Knowing I am in safe hands, I can focus on my new job here and enjoying being back. For any overseas traveller or indeed any permanent resident of the UK, I could not endorse the services of No Worries and/ or Capital City Accountancy more. Again, a big thank you for all you have done and continue to perform.
